Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our DTS - IT DIGITAL team, you will be responsible for providing application support for AI-driven technologies, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in Windows, PowerShell, Active Directory, Event Logs, and Virtual Machines (VM)
  • Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace
  • ITIL knowledge and understanding of IT service management principles
  • Experience with cloud technologies and RPA tools like Blue Prism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and infrastructure as code tools like Ansible
