Your role as a Social Media Sales Expert will be pivotal in driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, fluency in multiple languages, and experience in online sales and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact new and existing clients via various channels to identify business opportunities and provide exceptional support with product adoption.
  • Develop a portfolio to drive revenue growth by managing a range of clients and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Promote advertising on our platform, ensuring clients achieve maximum ROI.
  • Enhance the overall client experience by providing timely and effective support, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A native level of French and a fluent level of English (at least B2-C1).
  • Previous experience in online sales and/or digital marketing (1-3 years).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in using voicemail and electronic mail systems.
  • A proactive mindset, with a keen eye for identifying issues and opportunities, as well as excellent communication with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
