Job Description

We are HomeRun, a dynamic property management start-up focused on the midterm and short term rental market. Our rapid growth presents an exciting opportunity for motivated talent to join our team and contribute to our success.

As a Leasing Agent with our company, you will play a pivotal role in creating and posting listings for available properties, responding to inquiries, and scheduling property showings. Your strong communication skills will be essential in interacting professionally with tenants to address their needs and concerns, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, and preparing lists of maintenance issues for short-term and mid-term rentals.

Your responsibilities will also include building positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals, providing exceptional customer care to guests and tenants, and handling rent collection and tracking payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing monthly activity reports and updates for owners.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 2 years of full-time commercial or real estate work experience, a business degree or hospitality degree, and a quality-centric mindset. You should also be self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, as well as flexibility to work on weekends and strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
