About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Expert to join our team in Portugal, working full-time remotely. As a key member of the Packages Value Stream team within the Marketplace department, you will contribute to steering package sales and improving our commercial proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance by destination/product to inform decisions and drive conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing channels performance to better understand customer behaviour and optimise the offering.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret sales and market information to provide meaningful feedback on competitors' landscape and recommend strategic actions.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, or tourism.
  • 2-3 years experience in the travel industry (OTA/Tour operator environment) or digital companies.
  • Strong Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers through data-driven presentations.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.
