Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a global customer support professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring a positive experience. Your fluency in Italian and English will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

In addition to providing customer service, you will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software is required.
