Transformative Change Director Opportunity at Unilabs

We are seeking a seasoned Transformative Change Director to spearhead strategic organizational change initiatives across Unilabs.

This role demands a deep understanding of change management methodologies and a proven track record of driving large-scale transformations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of a change management strategy and roadmap that drives business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define change objectives, scope, and desired outcomes, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify and assess potential risks and obstacles to change, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
  • Design and deliver change management programs and initiatives, including communication plans and training activities to ensure effective change adoption
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation and adoption
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes
  • Act as a change advocate and coach, helping employees navigate and embrace change, and driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to align change management efforts with talent management and organizational development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale change initiatives
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and results-focused
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience working in a global and multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional certifications in change management are a plus
