Job Description
- Close customer communication and manage customer orders to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality service.
- Proactively supervise customer orders to identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain optimal supply chain performance.
- Assume ownership of all necessary tasks for defined trade lanes and/or specific customers, including dispatch and planning of FTL tours.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Portuguese and European road freight market, including typical dynamics and challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as experience with TMS systems.
