**Job Description**
The Credit Controller is responsible for the following tasks:
- Accurate and efficient data entry and quality checking of cash receipts.
- Premium collections, cheque deposits, direct debits, commissions payments, discounts and other overpayments.
- Reconciliation of differences on client and broker accounts, disbursement of cash received, recovery and resolution of outstanding and overdue debts, and management of brokers and partners (banks, mutual funds).
**Key Performance Indicators**
You will be measured on your ability to meet deadlines, ensure accuracy and timeliness of cash receipt reconciliation, and provide excellent customer service.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate or professional qualification in finance.
- Experience in credit control.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and French.
- Good mathematical analytical skills and ability to analyse complex data with effective decision making in complex business/technical issues.
