About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Trade & Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Lvmh Group. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's presence and customer experience at retail points through effective coordination of trade activations and visual merchandising strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage marketing activations as defined by the Marketing Director for each retailer, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Provide support to the retail team by equipping them with all necessary tools and materials for each project to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Supervise the provision of all Point of Sale (POS) materials to enhance the customer experience and promote brand engagement.
  • Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all trade activations to assess effectiveness and guide future strategies.

Visual Merchandising Tasks:

  • Support the management and adaptation of planograms, ensuring that all visual elements at POS are displayed according to global guidelines.
  • Coordinate suppliers throughout the design, production, and implementation process of all visual merchandising elements at POS.
  • Develop visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's corporate guidelines across all channels.
  • Work closely with teams to coordinate and execute local events and promotions, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Create technical drawings and conceptual designs for merchandising elements such as glorifiers, windows, product boards, and podiums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years experience in Trade Marketing coordinating installations and visual displays.
  • Result-driven profile with multitask capacity to manage several projects at the same time and a keen eye on detail.
  • A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
  • You speak Portuguese and English.
  • Proficient in Office 365, IWD & SketchUp.
