About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our international team. This is a unique opportunity to lead financial strategy, drive business decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial data, enabling informed decision-making and driving business success.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing a clear picture of our financial health.* Analyze the impact of business actions on financial results, guiding strategic choices.* Prepare internal and external management reporting packages, offering insights into our financial status and progress.* Set and track key performance indicators to steer company performance, ensuring we meet objectives.* Maintain the integrity of our financial information, enabling sound decision-making.* Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.* Collaborate with non-finance stakeholders, offering financial expertise to support their initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.* At least 3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A.* Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Power Query, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus.* Hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.* Willingness to learn, flexible, and resilient.
