At Hyatt Regency Lisbon, we strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive operational excellence. As a Senior Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding the front office team to maintain high service standards and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handling guest issues and complaints professionally, while providing personalized service and recognizing loyal and VIP guests.
  • Managing room allocations strategically to maximize occupancy and revenue, while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
  • Evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback to motivate the team to achieve guest satisfaction and operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Supervisor or similar role; excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer service attitude; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
