We are seeking an experienced Application Support specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, fluency in English, and at least 4 years of IT experience, 3 of which in technical support.

  • Proven experience in SQL Programming Language
  • Experience in scripting languages (Powershell/Shell Scripting)
  • Professional experience in Windows and/or Linux infrastructures
  • CPLP nationality or EU work permit required

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to our clients
  • Resolving complex technical issues and escalating when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
