We are seeking a skilled Norwegian Speaking Digital Products Business Development Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece.

This role offers a competitive monthly salary of €**5,000 - €6,500** (including overtime) + 2 extra salaries per year, comprehensive relocation support, and a range of benefits.

About the Job

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

  • Lead generation, qualification, management: Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses, collaborate closely with clients to create a territory action plan, set up new meetings, conduct high-level conversations with senior executives, achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads, qualify opportunities, handle objections, and research and build new and existing accounts.
  • Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound): Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs, and close the sale, explain client's products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes, execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating client's products, develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure, develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects, achieve or exceed monthly sales quota, reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used, troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have an excellent command of Norwegian and very good English language knowledge, some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry, some understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions, outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner, history of quota over-achievement, analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team, organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills, goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious.
