Key Responsibilities:- Arrange travel arrangements for core crew, LTSAs, and vendors, ensuring compliance with Group Travel Policy.
- Book standard accommodations during transit and in-country, as required.
- Provide meet and greet assistance to all arriving crew members.
- Ensure timely arrival of crew members for duty on allotted crew change days.
- Consult with manning agencies to ensure optimal flights for contractors.
- Liaise with vendor POC to ensure vendors are booked into standard approved accommodations.
- Align crew lists daily with onboard POB to ensure accuracy in Oscar movements.
- Update visual planner daily and create and monitor planned events in Oscar.
- Ensure accuracy of data after each crew change and ensure IPS personnel times are accurately recorded in OSCAR.
- Manage POB forecast files for all crew and LTSAs, working closely with planners to maintain POB levels.
- Coordinate daily with heads of departments to ensure accuracy in planning.
- Liaise with OIT to ensure helicopter bookings are completed efficiently.
- Meet with manning agencies each quarter to address concerns and present KPIs.
- Engage with crew to ensure service levels from vendors meet expectations.
Requirements:
- Valid visa for transit and destination, managing visa applications as per local setup.
