We're TN Portugal, a world market leader gaming brand of home video game consoles and production company. We're looking for an EU Work Permit Required Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

The ideal candidate will have a native or proficient level of Ukrainian, a proficient level of English, and previous experience in Customer Service. They will also possess excellent self-organizing skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work under pressure.

As an EU Work Permit Required Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, developing and maintaining a technical knowledge of our products and services, and accurately logging all calls in line with procedures.
