Customer Support Role in Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Norwegian.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
Requirements:
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian
  • Good computer skills and experience with customer support software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit
  • Previous experience in Customer Support
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
