Build a Better Customer Experience

We're on a mission to revolutionize the natural supplements industry with a strong focus on subscription-based services. As a hands-on Retention Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our customer retention efforts and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and manage targeted retention campaigns to enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Monitor and report on key retention metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer retention, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses
  • Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
