We're on a mission to revolutionize the natural supplements industry with a strong focus on subscription-based services. As a hands-on Retention Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our customer retention efforts and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage targeted retention campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to optimize the customer journey
- Monitor and report on key retention metrics to inform business decisions
- 2-4 years of experience in customer retention, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses
- Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Creativity in problem-solving and campaign development
