About The Role

We're seeking a hands-on Retention Manager to drive our customer retention efforts. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data, creating targeted retention campaigns, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and monitoring key retention metrics. If you have 2-4 years of experience in customer retention, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses, and a proven track record of reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value, we'd love to hear from you. You'll also need strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
