Customer Support Role

At RoomRaccoon, we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, personalized support to clients via email, phone, and online discussion forums.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by listening to clients and being responsive to their needs.
  • Assess queries and escalate to internal teams as necessary, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Meet daily and weekly engagement metrics to achieve set targets for customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • 2+ years' experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role.
  • Technical proficiency in working on different systems (training will be provided).
