Customer Support Role
At RoomRaccoon, we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, personalized support to clients via email, phone, and online discussion forums.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by listening to clients and being responsive to their needs.
- Assess queries and escalate to internal teams as necessary, following up to ensure resolution.
- Meet daily and weekly engagement metrics to achieve set targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English.
- 2+ years' experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role.
- Technical proficiency in working on different systems (training will be provided).
