Our Client, a leading provider of contact centre outsourcing services, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a technical expert to provide exceptional customer support and resolve technical issues for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Slovakian language skills
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge retention and attention to detail
