Customer Success Executive

About the Role:

Finastra is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Executive to join our Sales and Customer Success organization. As a key liaison between our organization and clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful onboarding, driving adoption, and fostering lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and retention of Finastra's Treasury and Capital Markets solutions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, providing proactive and strategic guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Services, and Product organizations, to deliver the best possible solutions and services to customers.
  • Manage customer relationships, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal networks, partnering with teams to drive customer success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the Treasury and Capital Markets sector.
  • Experience with Treasury and Capital Markets software, whether at a bank, consulting company, or software vendor.
  • Ability to interact and demonstrate presence with all levels of stakeholders, from business users to senior levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities and effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
