Healthcare Industry Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for the Healthcare Industry.
About the Role:
This position involves assisting customers with inquiries and concerns related to our products, providing education on their functions and safety, and supporting them with shipping, return, exchange policy, and payment transactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Good level of English written and spoken (C1 level)
- Willingness to start an international experience - work abroad
- Able to handle sensitive information as a Customer Support for Healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
- Experience in telephone customer service (preferred)

Salary Estimate: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
