Job Title: Travel Industry Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Industry Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and conversing with clients' customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Turning customer inquiries into sales opportunities, utilizing effective selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals.
  • Researching travel rates, destinations, options, and packages, providing accurate information and answering general travel-related questions.
  • Tracking and reporting call types and service issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
  • High School Diploma or higher (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity.
  • Previous call center experience in sales and/or customer service capacity.
  • Strong web-based navigation skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt continuously.
