We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Industry Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and conversing with clients' customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Turning customer inquiries into sales opportunities, utilizing effective selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals.
- Researching travel rates, destinations, options, and packages, providing accurate information and answering general travel-related questions.
- Tracking and reporting call types and service issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
- High School Diploma or higher (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity.
- Previous call center experience in sales and/or customer service capacity.
- Strong web-based navigation skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt continuously.
