Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Veterinary Assistant to join our Consumer Engagement Services team in Linda-a-Velha, Portugal. The successful candidate will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts regarding our products and services.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide information on the nutrition of Nestlé pet food products
- Offer counseling and suggestions on positive changes in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behavior, and health issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Treat sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines
- Inform customers about new products and campaigns
- Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database
Requirements
- Advanced written and spoken knowledge in French
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or similar field
- 1+ year experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant or in customer relations
- Knowledge of pets' nutrition and behavior
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously remotely
