With a mission to expand their commercial team, ICONIC21 seeks a Head of Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Achieving commercial goals and metrics aligned with ICONIC21's vision, mission, and objectives

• Managing business development operations to support strategic planning

• Identifying key decision-makers and fostering strong relationships with prospects and customers worldwide

• Effectively demonstrating and articulating ICONIC21's technical and operational solutions and their business value

• Maintaining accurate pipelines and making timely sales forecasts

• Serving as the primary point of contact for regional sales and support activities

• Expanding client pipelines and growing existing accounts

• Overseeing account activities and pursuing growth opportunities

• Attending regional events to generate leads and present company products

• Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to achieve targets and satisfy partner needs

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in the content/product provider industry (sales/BizDev management)

• A hot list of local partners

• Exceptional mastery of creating sales pipelines and negotiating processes

• Proficiency in utilizing necessary tool sets, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and trackers

• Experience conducting market research and data analysis

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills (B2-C1 level)
