Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educational leader to join our founding team as the Founding Head of Primary. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating innovative learning environments and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
Our Approach- We follow an enhanced version of the National Curriculum for England and Wales, culminating in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

You will be responsible for establishing a thriving Primary School community, developing curriculum and instructional strategies that promote student engagement and success. You will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements- Senior leadership experience, preferably in an international or bilingual setting.
- A strong track record of improving student outcomes and teacher effectiveness.
- Experience in curriculum design and implementation, with knowledge of British and IB curricula.
- A proven ability to build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and the wider community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
