Account Manager for Small Businesses

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager for Small Businesses to join our team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our sales and client services team, you will be responsible for promoting and developing a high level of engagement with our Vacation Rental Hosts.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  1. Working collaboratively with Hosts to improve their productivity and results within our marketplace
  2. Utilizing and sharing unique data insights, marketing, distribution, and revenue management tools to maximize booking conversion
  3. Driving the success of Vacation Rental Hosts on our platform through high-volume outbound calls
  4. Establishing performance goals with partners, developing action plans, and securing commitment for adoption/usage
  5. Pitching additional relevant products to existing customers or prospects

What We Are Looking For

  • A German native speaker or bilingual/proficient level of German
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 2 to 4 years of sales, client services, or account management experience
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
