About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our Finnish-speaking stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity, prioritizing their needs and providing unique solutions to problems.
- Liaise with diverse Helpdesks, product partners, and Quality Engineering teams to ensure seamless stakeholder experiences.
- Coordinate regular calls with clients for refills and upgrades to product accessories.
- Process service request tickets within specified delivery times, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
- Provide administrative support to certify client details and update information in our stakeholder database.
- Serve clients such as Air Liquid, Goldman Sachs, eBay, Fiat, NHS Hospitals (UK), and Cambridge Universities with a high level of responsibility.
- Manage supply-related requests via phone, portals, email, or chat.
- Validate consumable requests, including toners, fusers, and drums.
- Confirm the status of requests: already in the premises, order placed, or request status.
- This is a non-technical role that requires adaptability and effective communication skills.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Secondary School Completion Equivalent.
- Minimum one year's experience in a customer support or client-facing role in a multi-national environment.
- Closeness to working alongside local stakeholders' time zones and calendars.
- Required Language Thresholds:
- English (B2 - C1: Independent User Level)
- Finnish (C2: Native-Level Fluency)
