About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing global marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning through to execution for campaigns and ensure that all internal/external teams are aware and aligned on current and upcoming activities.
  • Set clear KPIs for campaigns and report on campaign performance regularly.
  • Build and execute campaign strategies that support and amplify short- and long-term marketing objectives.
  • Steer campaign management processes, alignments, and improvements to ensure timely and accurate implementation of campaigns as well as feedback on performance and optimizations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related subject.
  • 3+ years of experience as a campaign manager.
  • Excellent communication and project/campaign management skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous background in working in a global sales and marketing organization.
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully, with minimal supervision.
  • Work experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus.
