Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations in the day-to-day responsibilities.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital tools, in close coordination with the FES/Operations team.
Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Fluent level in written and oral English.
- Knowledge of Continuous improvement tools.
- Lean management methodology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- International mindset.
- Results orientation.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.
