Our Opportunity-to-Cash Business Line
We provide various transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. Our services include quotation, offer, and contract management, order management & logistics, cash collection, and more.

Your Mission
As a Cash Collector, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain contact with customers concerning pre and past due invoices, payment trends, resolution of disputed invoices, and other matters. You will manage customer/account queries to ensure clean sales ledger balances on customer accounts (reminder and complaint). Successful management of due and overdue balances on customer accounts will be crucial in maximizing On Time Payment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining contact with customers regarding pre and past due invoices, payment trends, and disputes
- Managing customer/account queries to ensure clean sales ledger balances on customer accounts
- Successfully managing due and overdue balances on customer accounts to maximize On Time Payment
- Reporting and escalating disputes and collection issues to the Sales division
- Notifying Markets of uncollectable debt risks and mitigating where possible
- Responding to incoming collection concerns from customers and internal stakeholders
- Improving processes and maximizing cash flow for assigned portfolios
- Investigating unidentified payments if requested
- Refunding credit balances if requested
- Following up on sales orders blocked by Credit Management
- Participating in KPI trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors, and problem-solving

Requirements
We are seeking an individual with a degree/experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar, and/or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash. Proficiency in Spanish (minimum C2 level) is required for effective communication with customers and sales managers. Strong computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), are essential. Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment and continuous learning attitude are highly valued.
