We are seeking a skilled Turkish customer service representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role offers a dynamic and supportive working environment with opportunities for growth in customer service, technical support, digital solutions, back-office, and content moderation.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Residence Card in Portugal, Job Search Visa, or UE Passport.
  • Native or fluent in Turkish (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Independence in the use of computer equipment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
