As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our SMB clients. This includes resolving customer inquiries, escalating complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Native Turkish language proficiency">
  • Good English language skills (B2 level)">
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service">

  • 12-month temporary contract automatically renewable for 12 months (up to 2 times)">
