Infraspeak is revolutionizing the way businesses operate, and we're looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for empowering our sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create sales enablement materials, such as playbooks and guides
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from the sales team and analyzing performance metrics
  • Provide ongoing support to sales reps, helping them leverage tools and resources efficiently
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering effective sales training programs and coaching sales reps
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, particularly consultative and value-based selling
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Experience working with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
