Job Summary
As a Senior Controller in the Brand department at Parfois, you will play a key role in supporting the Direction in the decision-making process by providing financial control management information. Your responsibilities will include preparing and controlling the reporting of main performance indicators, ensuring the reliability of the information provided, and analyzing and reporting deviations from the Brand and Marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and supervise invoice control, accounting, and analytical support to the Brand department.
- Create detailed finance reports and presentations to support the department's strategy and decision making.
- Prepare and develop the Budget, Forecast, and Area Development Plan alongside Direction.
- Report variables specific to the Brand department (Social Media, Photography Studio, Trade Marketing, and other variables).
- Analyze and report rentability in Marketing campaigns, products, and Brand projects.
- Control and monitor the main KPIs and interactions with Ecommerce and Commercial Ecommerce teams.
- Coordinate budget execution in line with other departments (Ecommerce and Commercial Ecommerce, Production) and evaluate outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Control Management, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Control Management or Auditing role.
- Previous experience in a marketing role is valued.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and other analytic tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good level of English and Spanish.
- Resilient and results-oriented.
- Highly critical spirit.
