Job Description

Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems, and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

Your Role

You will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries. As Risk Management and Compliance Specialist, you take over the responsibility for the cross-functional execution of internal control activities.

This includes generating reports from our IT systems, sample preparation and analysis, analysis of supporting documents, documentation of actions and results in the dedicated tool/spreadsheet, and conclusion on a check result. You will provide and explain findings to the functional teams and process owners about control findings and collaborate with the teams in terms of corrective measures definition, measures follow-up, documentation of actions and results in the dedicated tool/spreadsheet, and working files.

You will prepare status reports and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Education: Completed education in economic, financial, or accounting field or corresponding work experience instead.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Good knowledge in SAP and MS Office. Likes to work with processes and procedures.
  • Personality and Working Practice: Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high awareness of quality, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Language: Fluent in English, German desirable.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
