- Process end-to-end payroll for a global workforce of 1,800+ employees, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as global payroll regulations.
- Manage and format complex Excel/Google spreadsheets for upload into multiple payroll systems, including ADP WorkforceNow and Cloudpay.
- Process payroll checklists, audits, and reconciliations, resolving discrepancies before submission of final payroll.
- Minimum 3 years of experience processing end-to-end payroll at a small to mid-sized global organization.
- Experience in US federal, state, and local labor laws, payroll tax requirements, payroll regulations, and industry changes that affect payroll operations.
- Global payroll processing experience and taxation knowledge, preferably in Ireland and Australia.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, including pivot tables, vlookup, and other advanced functions.
- Experience with payroll systems, preferably ADP WorkforceNow for US and international platform Cloudpay.
- Experience utilizing Workday HCM for timekeeping and reporting.
- Certified Payroll Professional certification (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll certification (FPC).
