Customer Support Specialist - Italian

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Kulturetalent - Global Talent. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Italian.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via chat, email, and calls to resolve their queries and issues.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by representing our brand effectively.
  • Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and advanced English knowledge.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Prior customer support experience is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
