As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via chat, email, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in Italian and English
  • Track and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent our brand
  • Assist customers with account management and password security
  • Escalate unresolved cases to our 2nd level support team

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (C1 level) and advanced English knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior customer support experience is an advantage
