Customer Support Specialist Job Description

At Talent Trail, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist with a strong command of the Italian language to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Italian speaking clients, handling a variety of tasks including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from Italian speaking clients.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian language (C2 level required).
  • Communicative level of English language (B2+).
