Smart-Recruitments is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with fluency in Italian to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via telephone, email, and chat.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Log call details into our case management system and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed and personalized support to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and continuously improve customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian language (C2 level) and proficiency in English language (B1 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
