We are seeking a seasoned Global Trade Compliance Director to join our team at Organon. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our end-to-end trade compliance program, ensuring seamless import and export activities across regions.

As a member of the Global Logistics Services team within Demand Fulfillment and Distribution & Logistics (DF and D&L), you will oversee a team of Senior Specialists and collaborate with regional Trade Compliance leads to drive trade strategy and resolve customs issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of government regulations and have experience in managing global trade compliance programs, including implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

This is a remote position that can be based in various European countries or Jersey City in the United States. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate awareness of new regulations and their impact on business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable government agencies and regulations
  • Leading the Trade Compliance Community of Practice to foster collaboration between global, regional, and local trade compliance activities
  • Designing and advising on improvements to trade compliance policies, operating procedures, and internal controls
  • Identifying trade compliance risks within the supply chain and developing mitigation plans

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive annualized salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience.
