The Job
We're seeking a creative professional with a passion for designing high-converting ads. As a Graphic Designer - Performance Ads, you'll craft compelling creatives that drive clicks and conversions on Meta. Your role involves combining strong visuals with performance insights to elevate paid social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
- Develop engaging visuals that increase CTR and conversion rates
- Apply data insights to optimize ad creatives for better results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign performance
- A/B test creative variations to refine performance
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, ad formats, and best practices

- Have at least 1 year of experience with Meta ads
