Customer Success Manager

At Deel, we're building a platform that connects companies with talent worldwide. As a Customer Success Manager on our Scale & Growth Team, you'll be the main point of contact for clients throughout their experience cycle. Your goal will be to provide advice on how to structure internal processes to drive growth while using Deel's product adoption and help clients with their remote global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management
- Working with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
- Setting up outreach campaigns for the customer base
- Preventing and eliminating churn
- Growing relationships with a larger book of clients and promoting their growth at Deel
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
- Used to deal with escalations, or frustrating customers
- Take good ownership & accountability
- Fluency in English and German
- Based within EMEA timezone

- Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up
