We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new advertisers and growing our business through email, phone, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and consultation to small and medium-sized companies to help them grow their businesses.
- Identify and acquire new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies.
- Support and extend our self-services for clients.
- Provide pre- and after-sales support for all self-services.
- Offer support regarding tools, products, and strategies.
- Identify trends and provide feedback to our engineering team.
- You have a native level of German and excellent English language skills.
- You have previous experience in B2B sales.
- You are dynamic, self-starter, and proactive.
- You are motivated by targets and have a strong team spirit.
- You are not afraid to make a high volume of calls and have excellent communication skills.
- You have strong organization and prioritization skills.
- You have a "do not give up" attitude and are open-minded.
- A long-term, fixed-term contract with a renewable option every year.
- Rotating shifts with 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday 7 AM to 9 PM, Saturday to Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Salary conditions: 1030€ gross/month including free accommodation or 1400€ gross/month excluding accommodation.
- Private health insurance from the beginning of the contract.
- Relocation support for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight tickets.
