Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, responding to customer inquiries, and building and enriching the database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and web contacts
- Call and qualify new potential clients and leads
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Up-sell and cross-sell
- Build and enrich the database
- Create business opportunities and increase revenue from accounts
- Ensure close communication with the team to share information
- Provide ad-hoc support
- Be a team player and participate in the success of the team and project
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and good command of English
- Business acumen
- Good negotiation skills or willingness to acquire them
- Strong sales drive and do not give up attitude
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to work
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Real team player and willing to work with many other nationalities
