Overview

Envista, a leading company in the medical industry, is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling surgical loupes and headlight systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals;
  • BUILDING and maintaining strong customer relationships with healthcare clinicians;
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage sales opportunities;
  • Staying informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity;
  • Delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians;
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities;
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure prompt and quality customer service;

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials. A strong understanding of the medical industry and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed as a Medical Sales Representative, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the medical industry;
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness;
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Travel requirements include up to 50% domestic travel via ground or air.
