At Pin-Up Global, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our multicultural team of top professionals. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing product ecosystem and contribute to our company's success.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. This amount is based on market research and takes into account the cost of living in Kyiv, Warsaw, Limassol, Almaty, or Yerevan.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to identify gaps and opportunities;
  • Creating and executing strategic plans to drive business growth;
  • Developing new sales opportunities and maintaining a full pipeline;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams;
  • Negotiating contracts and terms; and
  • Collaborating with teams to achieve better results.

You will also participate in regular planning, strategy, and training meetings, as well as contribute to sales reporting and reviewing performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a relevant role up to 5 years;
  • In-depth knowledge of in-house products for gamification and automation systems for recruiting and HR;
  • Experience working directly with clients and internal teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken); and
  • A passion for driving business growth and achieving results.
