Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role in a solution-based IT service company or system integrator. They should be able to travel and attend international events and be fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Active participation in shaping our service and solutions offering;
  • Managing the full sales cycle from finding new customers to closing deals;
  • Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Analyzing potential clients' needs and identifying their pain points to tailor the company's solutions and presentations at introductory pitches or discovery calls;
  • Collaborating with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are favorable and align with the company's objectives;
  • Regularly reporting on sales activities, wins, losses, and feedback to senior management to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar role (BDM, Sales Manager) in a solution-based IT service company or system integrator;
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (at least 3 years), with a strong track record of engaging C-level executives in technology-driven industries;
  • Able to travel and attend international events;
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Ukrainian or Russian are helpful.
