Job Overview:

Program-Ace is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for shaping our service and solutions offering, managing the full sales cycle, and cultivating long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in shaping our service and solutions offering
  • Manage the full sales cycle from finding new customers to closing deals
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects
  • Analyze potential clients' needs and identify their pain points to tailor the company's solutions and presentations at introductory pitches or discovery calls
  • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are favorable and align with the company's objectives
  • Regularly report on sales activities, wins, losses, and feedback to senior management to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role (BDM, Sales Manager) in a solution-based IT service company or system integrator
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (at least 3 year), with a strong track record of engaging C-level executives in technology-driven industries
  • Ability to travel and attend international events (will be a plus)
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Ukrainian or Russian are helpful
